  • Ethnicity (for monitoring purposes)

  • Emergency contact information

  • Course details and assessment outcomes

  • Consent forms (for learners under the age of 16)

Your data is shared securely with Qualsafe Awards solely for the purposes outlined above.

  • Course records and learner data are retained in line with Qualsafe Awards’ retention policy, currently 5 years.

  • We regularly review stored data and securely dispose of it when no longer needed.

  • Paper records are securely shredded

  • Digital files are deleted or anonymised (pseudonymised)

  • We never retain data beyond what is required for regulatory compliance
