Refund Policy

Wilde First Aid

At Wilde First Aid we are committed to delivering high-quality first aid training and ensuring a positive learning experience for all participants. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible when it comes to cancellations and refunds.

This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our courses. Please take a moment to read the information below before registering for a class.
By enrolling in our training programs, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Refund Policy 

1. Course Cancellations by You

If you wish to cancel your booking, refunds are available as follows:

  • More than 14 days before the course date:
    You are entitled to a full refund.

  • 7 to 14 days before the course date:
    You will receive a 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before the course date:
    No refund will be issued. However, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

 

2. Course Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your course once at no charge, provided you give at least 7 days’ notice.

  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur an admin fee.

 

3. Delegate Substitutions

  • You may nominate another delegate to attend in your place at no extra cost.

  • Substitution requests must be made at least 24 hours before the course.

 

4. Course Cancellations by Us

If Wilde First Aid Training must cancel or postpone a course (e.g. due to tutor illness or insufficient bookings):

  • You will be offered an alternative date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

  • We are not liable for any other costs you may incur, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

 

5. Non-Attendance

  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance without notice.

  • Late arrival or missing significant portions of the course may disqualify you from certification and will not be refunded.

 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend due to serious unforeseen circumstances (e.g. medical emergency, bereavement):

  • Please contact us as soon as possible with supporting documentation.

  • We will review on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund, partial refund, or the opportunity to reschedule at no extra cost.

  • Refunds in these cases are not guaranteed but will be handled with sensitivity and fairness.

 

7. Assessment Failures

  • If a learner attends the course but does not pass the assessment, no refund will be issued.

  • Learners who fail will be entitled to one free reassessment within 7 days of the original course date.

  • After this period, learners must rebook the full course at the standard fee if reassessment is still required.

 

8. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days of confirmation.

  • All refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Confirmation will be sent via email once processed.
