Level 3 Emergency Paediatric (1 Day) Date: Friday 27th March 2026 Time: 09:30 – 16:30 Location: MyPlace, Harold Hill, RM3 9EN INCLUDING NEW 2025 RESUS GUIDELINES This fully accredited Level 3 Emergency Paediatric course provides learners with the skills, knowledge and confidence to deal with life-threatening emergencies in an early years setting (EYSF). Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment All places must be booked through our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Early Bird discounts (if available) must be applied at checkout using the correct code. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Cancellations & Refunds (Learners) We understand plans change. Our policy is: More than 14 days before the course ✔ Full refund OR free transfer to another course (subject to availability) 7–14 days before the course ✔ Free transfer to another course ✘ Refunds not available Less than 7 days before the course ✘ No refunds ✘ No free transfers (Your space has been reserved and costs have already been incurred) Non-attendance on the day or Late arrival after 15 minutes of scheduled start time ✘ No refunds or transfers are offered 3. Cancellations (Wilde First Aid) In the rare event that Wilde First Aid must cancel or reschedule a course (e.g. illness, venue closure, low numbers): Learners will be offered a full refund or A free transfer to the next available date. Wilde First Aid is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs. 4. Minimum Numbers Courses require a minimum number of learners to run safely and effectively. If minimum numbers are not met, Wilde First Aid may: Reschedule the course, or Offer learners a full refund or free transfer. 5. Learner Requirements To complete the qualification, learners must: Be physically able to take part in floor-based CPR and recovery position practice Bring acceptable photo ID (e.g., passport, driving licence) Attend the full duration of the course Engage in practical assessments as required If you have any injuries, mobility issues or additional learning needs, please contact us in advance so we can support you. 6. Certification Certificates are issued only when: Full payment has been received The learner has completed all assessments Attendance requirements have been met Certificates are valid for 3 years from the issue date. 7. Behaviour & Safety Wilde First Aid reserves the right to remove any learner who: Behaves in a way that endangers others Disrupts the course Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs No refund will be provided in these circumstances. 8. Data Protection Learner information is stored securely and used only for: Course administration Mandatory qualification registration Issuing certification We never share your details with third parties for marketing.
